I am just finding out about Mr. Meier. I believe UFOs and their occupants to be perhaps fallen angels. Even though they are sharing their concern for us, they could be part of the great deception that the Bible speaks of. I say this because the Pleiadian thought that religion has “warped” our reality and that they want to raise our consciousness. This is new age speak for” lifting the veil.” There is some kind of veil or barrier that I believe protects us from these entities. This is related to the third eye being opened. Opening up to this kind of consciousness is forbidden. You have to trust that there is a very good reason why.

i am experiencing infinite flow of high speed high frequency inner sound vibrations infusing and re-energising body cells.
the fundamental basics in any form of meditation or kundalini arousal is to undergo 10 day vipassana meditation and be a third party observor of your breath otherwise you will never ever understand what meditation or kundalini shakti or any other is all about.
and the key to your progress is sticking to your routine life and realise the importance of honest form of relaxing, all the ashrams and centres are good for a one time picnic.
do your meditation lightly, if you take it seriously, you are in for real trouble.
sometimes you follow rules, at other times you don’t, some other times you create your own rules.

so right… i always wondered about meier, the thing is his contact reports are so full of information from nutrition to technology it’s hard to think he could have made it all up. you’re right, interesting guy!:)
